The Role

If you like to take on challenges and want to excel in the banking field, a position as Analyst is ideal for you. The job will require you to review the cases/triggers from the analytics team. The process requires working on multiple systems and handling a case as per agreed turn-around time/SLAs while maintaining the accuracy in processing.


To qualify for this role, you need to have a thorough knowledge of anti-money laundering and experience in handling and understanding client documentation.

What the Business Does

This role is based in the Operations GOI at Group Services  reporting to the Team Leader


Your Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will have be ensuring the cases are reviewed as per procedures and are completed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing due diligence as per the defined processes and guidelines and use primary source to validate client information
  • Maintaining process accuracy and Turn Around Time (TAT) as per the Service Level Agreement(SLA) and ensuring reduction in the number of quality issues
  • Developing action plans on repeat KPI misses to eliminate recurrence andensuring compliance to governance requirements
  • Ensuring 5 man days of training in both technical aspects and soft skills perspective


Skills you need

  • Knowledge and experience in handling verification sources
  • Knowledge of the entity structures, and relationships between ultimate parents, subsidiaries and branches
  • Ability to work on own initiative whilst adhering to Unit SLAs
