What You'll Do

As a Performance and Business Management Resourcing & Capability Specialist for the bank, you will be establishing strong working relationships with our hiring managers and stakeholders. You will identify any gaps in our business outcomes, performance, and work towards resolving them.

Your day-to-day activities in this role will include:

  • Making recommendations that improve upon our existing business strategies
  • Identifying and using the right resources to help grow the bank
  • Supporting and implementing changes to our existing framework based on business requirements
  • Building strong working relationships with our third-party suppliers
  • Working with trainers to make sure the content developed meets specific needs
  • Using our Market Intelligence and working on our business capability activities

The Skills You'll Need

In order to excel in this role, we will require that you demonstrate extensive prior experience of working in leadership support and business management roles.

We are looking for the following skills in our ideal candidate:

  • Broad knowledge of the customer business, key services and how they all interact with the rest of the organisation
  • Extensive experience in working on multiple business initiatives
  • Ability to stick to deadlines and collaborate with colleagues on projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use information to develop creative value add solutions
  • About 10 years of total experience, with at least 4-5 years in managing technical trainings and early talent program
  • Strong technical background to be able to work with experts in designing right fit training solutions.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience of working with large global teams will be an added advantage
  • Graduate/ Post-graduate in IT with good verbal and written communication, inter-personal skills
