Supporting our global risk functions
The Risk Hub India (RHI) team is the largest concentration of Risk team members outside the UK. It supports global Risk functions in a virtual team extension model, across all customer franchises.
The Head of RHI represents Risk in India's governance, including Global Hub India (GHI) ExCo, and maintains Risk's relationships with other stakeholders in the country.
As part of the global Risk Infrastructure functional team, RHI provides activities that enable key services and capabilities, such as credit risk assessments, quantitative analysis, model analytics and development, reporting data and controls as well as in-country risk transformation, capability building and operational effectiveness. RHI also offers assurance capabilities, ensuring key risk management frameworks are operating effectively and efficiently.
We continue to deliver our priorities by building a robust, sustainable risk environment and optimising our value through improvement activities and innovation. We are also building the next generation of leaders through our people agenda, with an objective of delivering the best outcomes for customers, the business and stakeholders.
