The Role

If your expertise lies in driving MIS, Business Performance measurement and Dashboards (financial and non-financial), a position as Business Manager is ideal for you. In this role, you will be responsible for developing standard tools and processes for converting the data in to valuable informations for the senior leadership. You will also handle activities related to reporting and drive headcount and CC related changes through LMs.

To qualify for this role, you need to have good prior experience in a relevant role especially skilled in Data Management and Excel.

 

What the Business Does


This role is based in the Business Management team at Natwest Markets Technology division reporting to the Head of Business Management- NWM.

The Business Management team is responsible for supporting the technology business area in all aspects of Core financial, management reporting, communication and business improvement. Produce periodic Management Information which supports management decision making.

Natwest Markets Technology develops IT solutions and critical support services to continually improve the Bank's competitive edge, profitability and client focus.


Your Responsibilities


As Business Manager, you will be required to:

  1. Assist the India Leadership team across Operations Technology & Changes functions and regions are set up with unambiguous accountability for all areas of the relevant business through partnership, team-work and dialogue.

  2. Handle activities related to reporting and drive headcount and CC related changes through LMs.

  3. Monthly HR reporting duties and to interface with Global HR Function. Review the various HR reports & Packs. Ensure data provided by HR teams is accurate and on a timely basis and reflects the position recognized by CIB Services. Periodic reviews to support continuous improvement to ensure relevancy of reports and fit for purpose.

  4. Supporting the Global Team during the Promotion and Pay cycle.

  5. Manage high quality MIS for the department level data covering various aspects mentioned above.

Skills you need

  • Excellent analytical skills, business improvement, process improvement, change management experience.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge with good command on automation through macros, formula and pivots.

  • Ability to manage the work independently, self-starter, excellent in communication across geographies.

  • Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
